The library system is very proud that another one of our libraries, Joseph T. Simpson Public Library, has hit its 50th year anniversary milestone this year.
ABC-27's Chuck Rhodes visited the library recently and his "Out and About" series featured his visit this week.
To celebrate its anniversary, Simpson Public Library has a lot of special events scheduled throughout the year, including a classic '1961' movie festival.
The library has also produced a wonderful special 50th Anniversary video that recounts the history of the library.
